Are you ready to have a career with a purpose? This position will be part of the product team and revolve around driving the strategy and execution of key initiatives that strengthen CVS Caremark’s Rebate Utility business. Rebate Utility Clients are clients where CVS Caremark has an arrangement with them to manage their rebates. The role will be responsible for working with several cross-functional groups across Caremark, such as Trade, Sales, Underwriting, and Finance to execute, and further develop, recommendations designed to strengthen our approach and management to better serve these clients. This person will also need to monitor performance of business and its clients, and communicate progress to internal partners and leaders. This associate will report into a leader who is leading multiple products.
Job duties
1. Develop and execute recommendations with internal, cross functional teams to strengthen our approach and management to better serve Rebate Utility clients.
2. Support preparation of internal (monthly) cross-functional meetings around the Clients and lead follow-up actions
3. Build and publish internal reporting based on monitoring of critical metrics and progress in implementing recommendations
4. Support in answering both internal and client queries around the business and/or triage/work with appropriate internal teams on an ongoing basis

Required Qualifications
3+ years in a Trade, Underwriting, Finance, Client Support Services related role.
1+ years project management experience

Preferred Qualifications
Act strategically to seek problems, proactively identify risks, and drive agenda/align internal partners to deliver on agreed to objectives
Problem-solving and critical thinking to drive initiatives and shape meeting agendas (in ambiguous situations)

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
