Looking for a great job right now? Want to get started immediately? MaidPro Baton Rouge is hiring an experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative (CSSR) for a busy, growing business. This is a 35-40-hours-per-week position and will report to the owner. The CSSR is the face of MaidPro to current and potential customers. This is an ideal job for someone with strong organizational skills, superb customer service, and proven sales experience.

MaidPro services the Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, Prairieville, Gonzales, and Walker areas and we are searching for people who are passionate about customer service. This is not a contract position or short-term gig—it's a chance to grow your career with great pay and a flexible schedule!

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Following up on sales leads and closing 25-33%.
  • Perform in-field quality assurance spot checks
  • Make daily reminder calls
  • Make quality control follow-up calls when necessary
  • Coordinate PRO application process
  • Train and re-train all employees as necessary

Skill / Requirements

  • Strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and the ability to motivate others
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Extravert with strong sales experience. A natural closer!
  • Must be experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel
